Keen’s Alamosas
Keen’s Alamosa shoes are great from treadmill to terrain. This weekend, I did my usual run and workout in the Alamosas at the and gym and then proceeded to tromp around in them at the dog park with my pooch, Harvey. I was hoping to get in a hike with them this weekend at Ragged Mountain, but Saturday was overcast. Maybe this coming weekend I’ll get to test them out on the trail.
The Alamosas have just enough cushion and arch support to feel comfortable when you heel-toe-heel-toe your way down path or pavement. They are waterproof, and the inside is lined with a moisture-wicking fabric, so when caught in stormy elements your feet won’t fail you. They are lightweight and easy to move in. Another plus, not too much pink — just enough.
