Only have 30 minutes?  Sure, you can hop on the treadmill, set your speed and walk for half an hour.  OR you can try this interval workout that will blast more calories and fat in the same amount of time, by changing your speed and incline every few minutes.

  2. I loved this workout! I did it last night and it made the minutes on the treadmill fly by. Just posted on my blog about this too. I think it would be fun to do more of these treadmill workouts and maybe swap.
